Management Trainee

Core Responsibility :

• Responsible for the management of a project, as a mentored and training candidate for various positions and pioneering in a new country.
• Have good knowledge of the company's business and products, and complete work assignments in accordance with the company's training plan.
• Participate and fulfill requirements in meetings, training and workshops organized by the company.
• Observe and learn from experiences and input provided by mentors, managers, supervisors and other employees
• Responsible for information and knowledge about company regulations, work processes, and applicable SOP.
• Prepare documents, presentation materials and make reports.

Key Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree from all majors.
• Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
• Good communication, presentation and writing skills in English and Mandarin.
• Have effective interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Have high integrity and have strong professional ethics.
• Advance proficiency in MS Office
• Willing to be placed in overseas branch offices.
